Credito Bergamasco was transformed into a public joint stock company in 1962. Following the quotation of Credito Bergamasco’s shares on Milan’s unlisted securities market ("Mercato Ristretto") in 1978, the shares became listed on the main market of the Milan Stock Exchange in 1994 where they are quoted on the screen-based trading system. Our Bank is part of the BPV Group from 1997.
